Specialty Coffees are seasonal and ever changing. We only use crops from current harvest year. Coffee is roasted light to accentuate the unique flavors of the region, varietal and producer. Coffee will work for drip, pour over, or espresso. Coffees are blended each month to create a balance of sweetness, depth, acidity and uniqueness.
